Reviews & reputation

Asking for a review is easy. Asking at the right moment is the work.

The best review comes from someone who has just been helped and walks out satisfied. At exactly that moment you are busy with the next customer — and a day later the moment has gone.

Voxori does ask at the right moment: once, after an appointment that was kept. You see your average, the distribution, and which low scores still need attention.

In pilot

In pilot means: built and tested, not live by default. We switch this module on per customer after a guided start — listening in on a few real conversations before anything runs unattended.

Two switches, both off by default. You switch the module on in your portal, and we have to have released it platform-wide. If either one is missing the module does nothing — no half measures, no button that quietly does nothing.

The price is on the price list, because that is a commercial choice. Saying it “already runs at customers” would be untrue — which is exactly why this block is here.

Everyone sees the same button

There is a trick in the review world: first ask how satisfied someone is, and only send the happy ones on to Google. That is called review gating, it goes against Google’s terms, and it produces a figure that tells you nothing.

We do it differently. Your customer first gives a score from 1 to 5 — that one is for you, so you know what is going on. After that, everyone is shown the same public review button. Including the person who gave a two.

What you gain is not that the low scores disappear, but that you see them before anyone else reads them. An unhappy customer who gets a call the same day is a different story from an unhappy customer who turns up online three weeks later.

What it does

Reviews & reputation, concretely.

Asked after an appointment that was kept

Not after a booking, but after the appointment has actually been kept. Someone who never showed up is not asked to pass judgement.

A score from 1 to 5, with room to explain

A figure plus a remark. Short enough that people fill it in, detailed enough that it tells you something.

No filtering, no gating

Every customer sees the same Google button, whatever the score. We turn nobody away because their verdict is inconvenient — which is exactly what Google requires.

Low scores come to the surface

Your dashboard shows which scores still need following up. Calling them is your own job; the point is that you know.

Average and distribution in view

Not just a figure, but the spread underneath it. A 4.3 made of a lot of fours is something quite different from a 4.3 made of fives and ones.

One request per customer at most

Someone who was asked recently is not asked again. Review requests that keep arriving produce no reviews, only irritation.

Honestly bounded

What this isn’t

Reputation is a sensitive subject, so it matters all the more to say what does not happen:

It does not hide bad reviews. There is no screen behind which a low score disappears. Everyone gets the same public button; what you win is time, not a filter.

It does not write reviews. The text comes from your customer. Voxori suggests nothing, fills in nothing and generates no example sentences.

It does not guarantee stars. Whether someone presses the button is up to them. All we can do is make sure the question comes at the right moment, and only once.

What does it cost?

Reviews & reputation is a separate module on top of Voxori Base (€79/mo) at +€34/mo, and it is included in Voxori Complete (€319/mo). You never pay more than the Voxori Complete price: stack modules beyond that amount and you get Voxori Complete. €0 setup, cancel monthly, prices exclude VAT.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Reviews & reputation.

When does a customer get the request?

After an appointment that was kept — not after the appointment was made. Someone who never showed up gets no request.

Are unhappy customers kept away from Google?

No, and that is deliberate. After their score, every customer sees the same public review button. Filtering on satisfaction (review gating) goes against Google’s terms, and it produces a figure nobody can use anyway.

How often is it asked?

Once per customer at most, within a generous period. A request that keeps coming back costs you goodwill and produces no extra reviews.

What does “in pilot” mean here exactly?

That our own score page is built and tested, but sits behind two locks: you switch it on and we have to have released it across the platform. As long as that second switch is off, Voxori sends the ordinary review request with the direct link — the score page in between does not run then.

Which plan includes this?

It is the module “Reviews & reputation” on top of Voxori Base, and it is included in Voxori Complete by default. Switching it on goes through a guided start; it is not something you tick on by yourself.
